If you find the need to initiate a return process, please contact us promptly at info@sensorybeez.com, providing your name and order ID. However, please be aware that certain products, including chewable items such as chewie necklaces or chewable fidgets, as well as our Linen – Sensory Compression/Lycra sheet, cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Should you wish to exchange a product, kindly reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that, in the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the postage costs associated with both returning the goods and dispatching the new item(s) to you. For the exchanged items to be eligible, they must be received in their original, unopened condition, appropriately packed to prevent any damage during transit.
In instances where a product does not perform as expected due to a manufacturing fault, several of our items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty extending up to 12 months. Such products can be either repaired or replaced, subject to the terms of the warranty. It is important to note that there are no guarantees for items misused, mistreated, or damaged in a way inconsistent with reasonable use.
In case your product requires return to our warehouse for repair or assessment, all postage costs to and from our warehouse are covered by Sensory Beez. If a repair is deemed impractical, you will be offered a replacement to ensure your satisfaction with our sensory toys.
